Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple items in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard option).
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.
We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment—whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- Goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized
- Perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Sealed audio/video recordings or software if unsealed after delivery
